Common use of Amendments to Section 6 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Section 6. 01(a). Section 6.01(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by: (a) deleting the word "and" immediately following the semicolon in clause (ix); (b) deleting the period immediately following clause (x) and replacing it with a semicolon; and (c) inserting the following new clauses after clause (x): (xi) High Yield Notes; and

Amendments to Section 6. 01(a). A. Section 6.01(a) 6.5 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by: (a) by deleting the word "“and" immediately following ” at the semicolon in end of clause (ixe); (b) , deleting the period immediately following “.” at the end of clause (x) f), and replacing it with a semicolon; and (c) inserting the following new clauses after clause (x): g), (xih) High Yield Notes; andand (i) at the end thereof:

Section 6.01(a) 6.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by: by (ai) deleting the word "“and" immediately following ” at the semicolon in clause end of subsection (ix); r) thereof, (bii) deleting replacing the period immediately following clause “.” at the end of subsection (xs) and replacing it thereof , with a semicolon“; and ”, and (ciii) inserting the following new clauses after clause subsection (x): (xit) High Yield Notes; andat the end thereof:

(b) deleting Paragraph (p) of Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the period immediately following clause (x) and replacing it at the end thereof with a semicolon; ";and".
