Common use of Amendments to Section 6 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Section 6. 8. (a) Section 6.8 of the Credit Agreement is amended (i) by deleting the word “or” at the end of subsection (h), (ii) by deleting the “.” at the end of subsection (i) and replacing it with “ and” and (iii) by adding the following paragraph (j):

Amendments to Section 6. 8.Section 6 of the Existing Credit Agreement shall be deemed amended by: (a) Section 6.8 of the Credit Agreement is amended (i) by deleting the word “or” "and" at the end of paragraph (e) of subsection 6.2 thereof; (h), (iib) by deleting the “.” at the end entirety of paragraph (f) of subsection (i) 6.2 thereof and replacing it with “ and” and (iii) by adding substituting in lieu thereof the following paragraph (j):following:

Amendments to Section 6. 8.Company's Affirmative Covenants --------------------------------------------------------- (a) Section 6.8 Subsection 6.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended (i) by deleting to delete the word “or” "and" at the end of subsection (h)6.1(xvii) of the Credit Agreement, (ii) by deleting to change the “.” period at the end of subsection (i6.1(xviii) of the Credit Agreement to ";" and to add the following new subsections 6.1(xix) and replacing it with “ and” and (iiixx) by adding to the following paragraph (j):Credit Agreement to read in their entirety as follows:

(a) Section 6.8 6.1 of the Five Year Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) by deleting the word “or” at "and" from the end of subsection paragraph (hf), (ii) by deleting the “.” period at the end of subsection paragraph (ig) and replacing it with “ and” substituting therefor a semicolon and (iii) by adding the following paragraph (j):new paragraphs at the end thereof:

Amendments to Section 6. 8. (a) 02. Section 6.8 6.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows: (i) Section 6.02(a)(x) is hereby amended by deleting the word “orand” at the end of subsection (h), thereof. (ii) by deleting the “.” at the end of subsection (iSection 6.02(a)(xi) is hereby amended and replacing it with “ and” and (iii) by adding the following paragraph (j):restated in its entirety as follows:

Section 6.8 6.09 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows: (ia) by deleting the word “or” text "and" at the end of subsection clause (h), e) of Section 6.09 of the Credit Agreement and inserting the text "," therefor; (iib) by deleting the “text ".” " at the end of subsection clause (if) of Section 6.09 of the Credit Agreement and replacing it with “ substituting the text "and” and " therefor; and (iiic) by adding the following paragraph new clause (j):g) at the end of Section 6.09 of the Credit Agreement:
