Common use of Amendments to Section 6.01 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Section 6.01. Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (k), deleting the period and inserting a semicolon followed by the word “and” at the end of clause (l) and inserting the a new clause (m) to end of Section 6.01 to read as follows:

Amendments to Section 6.01. Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause subsection (k)m) thereof, deleting (ii) replacing the period and inserting a semicolon followed by the word “and.” at the end of clause subsection (ln) thereof with “; and”, and (iii) inserting the a following new clause subsection (mo) to at the end of Section 6.01 to read as followsthereof:
