Common use of Amendments to Section 7 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Section 7. 5. Section 7.5 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the term "and" at the end of paragraph (b) thereof and (b) deleting paragraph (c) in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following paragraphs:

Amendments to Section 7. 53. Section 7.5 7.3 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the term "and" at the end of paragraph (bo) thereof and thereof, (b) deleting the "." at the end of paragraph (p) thereof and substituting ";" in lieu thereof and (c) in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof adding the following paragraphsparagraphs at the end thereof:

Amendments to Section 7. 504. Section 7.5 7.04 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word “and” from the end of clause (a) thereof, deleting the term "and" “.” at the end of paragraph clause (b) thereof and adding “; and” at the end of such clause (b) deleting paragraph ), and by adding a new clause (c) in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following paragraphsthereto as follows:

Amendments to Section 7. 505. Section 7.5 7.05 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the term "word “and" ” at the end of paragraph clause (b) thereof and m), (b) deleting paragraph the “.” at the end of clause (n) and replacing it with “; and” and (c) in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof adding the following paragraphsnew clause (o) at the end thereof:

(ii) Section 7.02(j) is hereby amended by deleting the final "." at the end of paragraph and inserting "; and". (biii) thereof and The following shall be inserted as a new subsection (bk) deleting paragraph (c) in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following paragraphsthereof:

Section 7.5 7.03 of the Restated Credit Agreement is hereby amended by as follows: (a) by (i) deleting the term "word “and" ” at the end of paragraph clause (bl) thereof and (ii) renumbering clauses (l) and (m) thereof as clauses (m) and (n), respectively; (b) deleting paragraph by adding immediately after the end of clause (ck) in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following paragraphs:new clause (l):

Section 7.5 7.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the term "word “and" ” at the end of paragraph clause (g), (b) re-lettering the existing clause (h) thereof as clause (i) and (b) deleting paragraph (c) in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof adding the following paragraphs:new clause (h) immediately following clause (g):
