Common use of Amendments to Section 7 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Section 7. 05. Section 7.05 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (m), (b) deleting the “.” at the end of clause (n) and replacing it with “; and” and (c) adding the following new clause (o) at the end thereof:

Amendments to Section 7. 0502. Section 7.05 7.02 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (mg), (b) deleting re-lettering the “.” at the end of existing clause (nh) and replacing it with “; and” thereof as clause (i) and (c) adding the following new clause (oh) at the end thereof:immediately following clause (g):
