Common use of Amendments to Section 8 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Section 8. 13. Section 8.13 is hereby amended by deleting each reference to “80%” in Section 8.13 and replacing each such reference with “90%”.

Amendments to Section 8. 13. Section 8.13 is hereby amended by (i) deleting each reference subsection (c) in its entirety and (ii) replacing all references to “80%” in Section 8.13 and replacing each such reference with “90%” therein with “85%”.

Amendments to Section 8. 1312. Section 8.13 8.12 is hereby amended by deleting replacing each reference therein to “85%” with “80%” in Section 8.13 and replacing each such reference with “90%”.
