Common use of Amendments to Section 8 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Section 8. 1. Section 8.1 of the Existing Credit Agreement is amended by (a) striking the word "and" at the end of Section 8.1(i), (b) re-numbering existing Section 8.1 (j) as Section 8.1(k), and (c) adding a new Section 8.1(j) which reads in its entirety as follows:

Amendments to Section 8. 1. 1(c). (a) The word “and” at the end of Section 8.1 8.1(j) is hereby deleted. (b) Section 8.1(k) of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) striking the word "and" at the end of Section 8.1(i), (b) re-numbering existing Section 8.1 (j) as Section 8.1(k), and (c) adding a new Section 8.1(j) which reads restated in its entirety to read as follows:

Section 8.1 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) striking deleting the word "and" at the end of Section 8.1(i), 8.1(g) and by (bi) re-numbering existing restating in its entirety Section 8.1 (j8.1(h) as Section 8.1(k), of the Existing Credit Agreement and (cii) adding a new Section 8.1(j) which reads 8.1(i), in its entirety each case to read as follows:
