Common use of Amendments to Section 9 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Section 9. is hereby amended by (i) deleting “and” at the end of clause (k) of such Section 9.05, (ii) re- lettering clause (l) to be clause (m) thereof and (iii) by adding the following clause (l) thereto:

Amendments to Section 9. 02. Section 9.02 is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (k) of such Section 9.059.02(h), (iib) re- lettering clause (ldeleting the period at the end of Section 9.02(i) to be clause (m) thereof and replacing it with “; and”, and (iiic) by adding the following clause a new subsection (lj) theretothereto to read as follows:

Section 9.12 is hereby amended by (ia) deleting “and” from the end of clause (i), (b) changing the period at the end of clause (j) to “; and” and (c) adding a new clause (k) of such Section 9.05, (ii) re- lettering clause (l) to be clause (m) the end thereof and (iii) by adding the following clause (l) theretoto read as follows:
