Amendments to Subcontracts. If this Agreement is amended, the Contractor will forthwith make any consequential changes to all subcontracts it has entered into that are affected by such amendment.

Amendments to Subcontracts. The Grantee shall not amend their subcontracts without prior written approval Department. Amendments to the subcontracts may be made without prior approval of the Department for (1) increases in District or local sponsor match; (2) extensions of time for any task of 12 months or less; (3) changes to the project scope that do not reduce the project benefits (that is, the quantity of water to be made available) or the location of project benefits.

  • Supplements to Schedules Pending Closing, Seller may supplement or correct the Schedules to this Agreement as necessary to insure their completeness and accuracy. No supplement or correction to any Schedule or Schedules to this Agreement shall be effective, however, to cure any breach or inaccuracy in any of the representations and warranties; but if TJC does not exercise its right to terminate this Agreement under Section 12 and closes the transaction, the supplement or correction shall constitute an amendment of the Schedule or Schedules to which it relates for all purposes of this Agreement.
