Common use of Amendments to Terms Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Terms. No exception to, deviation from, or waiver of these Terms shall be valid or binding on Buyer unless specified on the face of an Order or Order amendment or made in a signed writing by ▇▇▇▇▇’s representative. Any such exceptions, deviations or waivers shall apply only to the specific purchase order for which they are granted and shall not constitute a course of dealing.
