Common use of Amendments to the Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Amendments to the Guaranty. Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 9 hereof: (a) Section 3.01 of the Guaranty is hereby amended by deleting clauses (iii) and (iv) from the first paragraph thereof and by deleting subsection (e) therein. (b) Section 3.01 of the Guaranty is hereby amended by deleting all references to Section 4.11(b) and Section 4.11(c) therein.
