Common use of Amendments to the Notes Clause in Contracts

Amendments to the Notes. Subject to the satisfaction (or waiver in writing by Purchaser) of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 6 hereof, the Notes are hereby amended as of, from and subsequent to the Third Omnibus Amendment Effective Date to amend the reference to the date of October 14, 2024 in the first paragraph of each Note, which subsequently is referred to therein as the Maturity Date, to extend such Maturity Date to February 15, 2025.
