Common use of Amendments to the Plan Clause in Contracts

Amendments to the Plan. Any changes that prove to require an amendment to or adaptation of the Plan, shall be agreed in writing between the Executive Director of EASO and the host Member State in line with Article 18(2) of the EASO Founding Regulation.14 Changes to agreed Outcome(s) shall as a general rule be considered substantial changes and will be subject to an amendment.
