Common use of Amendments to this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to this Agreement. 16.1 This Agreement may be amended at any time with the consent of the parties. The amendment shall be ratified by the Executive Council and by resolution passed at a meeting of the Community represented by the Community Council. Amendments shall be in writing, signed by both parties and attached to this Agreement and after effective date will form part of this Agreement.
