Amendments to this Article. The Purchasers may amend any provision in this Article 20 without prior notice to or the consent of the Seller, and the Purchasers shall provide a copy of any such amendment to the Seller reasonably promptly thereafter; provided, however, that if any such amendment would adversely affect any rights, entitlements, obligations or liabilities of any of the Seller Group Entities, including pursuant to Article 22, such amendment shall not be effective until the Seller provides it written consent thereto, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Amendments to this Article. Any repeal or modification of this Article shall not adversely affect any rights to indemnification and to the advancement of expenses of a director or officer of the Corporation existing at the time of such repeal or modification with respect to any acts or omissions occurring prior to such repeal or modification.
Amendments to this Article. The Global Fund may, from time to time, change all or part of its policy for procurement of Health Products. Notwithstanding Article 31, these policy changes will be reflected through amendments to this Article which shall apply as of the date specified by the Global Fund. The Global Fund shall provide the Principal Recipient with reasonable notice of these policy changes.

This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data (i) for adaptive learning or customized student learning (including generating personalized learning recommendations); or (ii) to make product recommendations to teachers or LEA employees; or (iii) to notify account holders about new education product updates, features, or services or from otherwise using Student Data as permitted in this DPA and its accompanying exhibits.
