Amendments to Warrants. As consideration for the extension provided in Section 2 of this Amendment, CytoDyn hereby amends the pre-existing Warrants under the Agreement to provide as follows: (a) The Exercise Price of all 30 million shares covered by the Warrants shall be $0.10 per share.
