AMENDMENTS; WAIVERS; REMEDIES. This Agreement, or any of its provisions, may not be amended, or modified, and no provision may be waived, unless such amendment, modification, or waiver is in writing and signed by the party against whom enforcement is sought. The waiver of any breach or default under this Agreement does not constitute the waiver of any other breach or default, whether or not similar, nor any subsequent breach of the same provision. The election by either party of any right or remedy contained in this Agreement is not exclusive of any other rights or remedies in law or equity other than as may be limited in this Agreement.
