Amenity Space. 3.9.1 Indoor amenity space shall be provided: (a) at Level 3 measuring a minimum of 700 square feet in area; and (b) an amenity penthouse at the sixth level as shown on the Schedules, with a minimum floor area of 1950 square feet excluding areas required for elevator, stairs, and corridors.
