Amount Clause Samples
The "Amount" clause defines the specific sum of money or value that is to be paid, delivered, or otherwise provided under the terms of the agreement. This clause typically specifies the exact figure, currency, and any conditions or adjustments that may affect the final amount, such as taxes, deductions, or installment schedules. By clearly stating the amount involved, this clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of their financial obligations, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over payment or value.
