Amount Financed. At the time each Receivable was acquired from the Dealer, the Amount Financed was fully disbursed. There is no requirement for future advances of principal thereunder, and all fees and expenses in connection with the origination of such Receivable have been paid.

Amount Financed. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, with respect to any Loans: (i) the aggregate principal amount of any Loan advanced shall not exceed the lowest of: (A) the product of the Advance Percentage and the Aircraft Purchase Price of the Eligible Aircraft being financed with the proceeds thereof; (B) the product of the Advance Percentage and the Maintenance Adjusted CMV of the Eligible Aircraft being financed with the proceeds thereof; and (C) the product of the Advance Percentage and the Maintenance Adjusted BV of the Eligible Aircraft being financed with the proceeds thereof; (ii) immediately after giving effect to such Loans, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Loans as of such date shall not exceed the Borrowing Base of the Portfolio; and (iii) the aggregate principal amount of all Loans of any Lender outstanding at any time shall not exceed such Lender’s Commitment and the aggregate principal amount of all Loans hereunder outstanding at any time shall not exceed the Maximum Loan Amount. Within such limits, the Borrower may borrow, repay and reborrow Loans during the Drawing Period. Following the Drawing Period, amounts repaid may not be reborrowed.

Amount Financed. I understand that the amount financed is a principle amount loaned by the Lender to me as a borrower. Furthermore I understand that Lender funds the associated dealership these monies and that in the event of default the dealership is not a related party. The amount financed may include amounts for purchase price, GAP insurance, sales tax, license, registration, associated dealership fees. I also understand that I am responsible to repay this loan in full as the Contract terms have disclosed clearly.

Amount Financed. At the time each Loan was originated, the Amount Financed was fully disbursed, and the LTV Ratio is less than or equal to 214%.

Amount Financed. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, with respect to any Loans: (i) the aggregate principal amount of any Loan advanced shall not exceed the product of (x) 72.5% and (y) the Appraised Value of the Eligible Aircraft being financed with the proceeds thereof; (ii) the aggregate principal amount of all Loans of any Lender outstanding at any time shall not exceed such Lender's Commitment and the aggregate principal amount of all Loans hereunder outstanding at any time shall not exceed the Maximum Loan Amount; (a) the Borrower shall apply each Loan made or to be made to it in or towards the making of the HoldCo Intercompany Loans for the purposes of partially financing the acquisition by Fly HoldCo of the Eligible Aircraft that correspond to such Loans and (b) Fly Malta shall apply each Loan made or to be made to it towards the making of the Intercompany Loans to the Borrower; and (iv) once repaid, Loans made pursuant hereto may not be re-borrowed.

Amount Financed. The remaining amount of the Purchase Price net of the down payment shall be $AMOUNT such amount to be financed, payable in monthly installments as specified below.

Amount Financed. During the Revolving Period, and provided that no Event of Default has occurred hereunder, Lender shall advance up to a maximum amount of Twenty-Five Million and No/100 Dollars ($25,000,000.00) on a revolving basis beginning on the Effective Date. At no time shall the total outstanding principal balance of the Loan exceed the lesser of (i) Twenty-Five Million and No/100 Dollars ($25,000,000.00); or (ii) the amount determined in accordance with Section 3.2 hereof.
