The 'Amount of Borrowing Tranche' clause defines the specific sum of money that a borrower is permitted to draw under a particular tranche of a loan agreement. Amount of Borrowing Tranche. Each Borrowing Tranche of Loans under the LIBOR Rate Option shall be in integral multiples of $500,000 and not less than $1,000,000; and
