Common use of Amount of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Amount of Collateral. (a) Subject to the provisions of Section 5.l(c). Section 5.4 and Section 5.5, on and after the date hereof, the Retrocessionaire shall ensure that, in accordance with the terms and conditions expressly set forth in this ARTICLE V, the Amount of Collateral posted by the Retrocessionaire for the benefit of All and Technology is greater than or equal to the All Adjusted Required Balance and the Technology Adjusted Required Balance, as applicable, as of any date of determination. (b) Subject to adj ustment as provided herein, the measure of Collateral shall be the sum of the face amount of each Letter of Credit on the date of detennination and any funds withheld by AIi or Technology pursuant to Section 5.5 (the "Amount of Collateral"). (c) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, as of any date of detennination, in no event will the aggregate Amount of Collateral required to be posted by the Retrocessionaire exceed the Remaining Aggregate Limit.
