Common use of Amount of Contributions Clause in Contracts

Amount of Contributions. Subject to the limitations in Section 6 and Section 9.9(b)(ii)(B), each Participant who qualifies under Sections 4.1 and 4.2 may elect, in a form filed with the Plan Sponsor and acceptable to the Administrator, to have a portion of his or her Compensation contributed to the Plan as Before- Tax Contributions and/or as ▇▇▇▇ Contributions. Before-Tax Contributions and/or ▇▇▇▇ Contributions will be stated as a dollar amount or a whole percentage of the Participant’s Compensation, which may not be less than one percent nor more than 100%, and the dollar amount or percentage elected will be withheld from each payment of Compensation to the Participant.
