Common use of Amount of Exercise Clause in Contracts

Amount of Exercise. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the Plan, the Option shall be exercisable in accordance with the following schedule: (a) prior to March 1, 2007, the Option may not be exercised; (b) on or after March 1, 2007 but before March 1, 2008, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 25% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; (c) on or after March 1, 2008 but before March 1, 2009, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 50% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; (d) on or after March 1, 2009 but before March 1, 2010, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 75% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; and (e) on or after March 1, 2010, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 100% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option;

Amount of Exercise. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the Plan, the Option shall be exercisable in accordance with the following schedule: (a) prior to March 1October 31, 20072006, the Option may not be exercised; (b) on or after March 1October 31, 2007 2006 but before March 1October 31, 20082007, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 25% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; (c) on or after March 1October 31, 2008 2007 but before March 1October 31, 20092008, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 50% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; (d) on or after March October 31, 2008 but before October 31 1, 2009 but before March 1, 20102009, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 75% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; and (e) on or after March 1October 31, 20102009, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 100% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option;

Amount of Exercise. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the Plan, the Option shall be exercisable in accordance with the following schedule: (a) prior to March 1May 30, 2007, the Option may not be exercised; (b) on or after March 1May 30, 2007 but before March 1May 30, 2008, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 25% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; (c) on or after March 1May 30, 2008 but before March 1May 30, 2009, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 50% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; (d) on or after March 1May 30, 2009 but before March 1May 30, 2010, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 75% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; and (e) on or after March 1May 30, 2010, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 100% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option;

Amount of Exercise. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the Plan, the Option shall be exercisable in accordance with the following schedule: (a) prior to March 1October 6, 20072006, the Option may not be exercised; (b) on or after March 1October 6, 2007 2006 but before March 1October 6, 20082007, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 25% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; (c) on or after March 1October 6, 2008 2007 but before March 1October 6, 20092008, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 50% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; (d) on or after March October 6, 2008 but before October 6 1, 2009 but before March 1, 20102009, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 75% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; and (e) on or after March 1October 6, 20102009, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 100% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option;

Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the Plan, the Option shall be exercisable in accordance with the following schedule: (a) prior to March 1June 26, 2007, the Option may not be exercised; (b) on or after March 1June 26, 2007 but before March 1June 26, 2008, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 25% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; (c) on or after March 1June 26, 2008 but before March 1June 26, 2009, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 50% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; (d) on or after March 1June 26, 2009 but before March 1June 26, 2010, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 75% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; and (e) on or after March 1June 26, 2010, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 100% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option;

Amount of Exercise. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the Plan, the Option shall be exercisable in accordance with the following schedule: (a) prior to March 1October 16, 2007, the Option may not be exercised; (b) on or after March 1October 16, 2007 but before March 1October 16, 2008, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 25% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; (c) on or after March 1October 16, 2008 but before March 1October 16, 2009, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 50% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; (d) on or after March 1October 16, 2009 but before March 1October 16, 2010, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 75% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; and (e) on or after March 1October 16, 2010, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 100% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option;

Amount of Exercise. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the Plan, the Option shall be exercisable in accordance with the following schedule: (a) prior to March 1January 19, 20072008, the Option may not be exercised; (b) on or after March 1January 19, 2007 2008 but before March 1January 19, 20082009, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 25% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; (c) on or after March 1January 19, 2008 2009 but before March 1January 19, 20092010, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 50% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; (d) on or after March 1January 19, 2009 2010 but before March 1January 19, 20102011, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 75% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option; and (e) on or after March 1January 19, 20102011, the Option may be exercised to acquire up to 100% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be purchased pursuant to the Option as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, less any shares previously acquired pursuant to the Option;
