Common use of Amount of Instalments Clause in Contracts

Amount of Instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 16 equal consecutive quarterly instalments, each in the amount of $280,000 (each an "Instalment" and, together, the "Instalments") and a balloon instalment in the amount of $14,520,000 (the "Balloon Instalment") Provided that if the amount advanced is less than $19,000,000, the aggregate amount of the Instalments and the Balloon Instalment shall be reduced by an amount equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basis.

Amount of Instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 16 by: (a) 24 equal consecutive quarterly instalments, each in the amount of $280,000 1,330,000 (each an "Instalment" and, together, the "Instalments"); and (b) and together with the last instalment, a balloon instalment in the amount of $14,520,000 73,080,000 (the "Balloon Instalment") ), Provided that that, if the amount of the Loan advanced is less than $19,000,000105,000,000, the aggregate amount of the Instalments each Instalment and the Balloon Instalment shall be reduced by an amount equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basis.

Amount of Instalments. The Borrower Borrowers shall repay the Loan by 16 equal by: (a) 24 consecutive quarterly instalmentsinstalments (each an “Instalment” and, together the “Instalments”) each in the amount of $280,000 900,000; and (each an "Instalment" and, together, the "Instalments"b) and a balloon instalment in the amount of $14,520,000 32,400,000 (the "“Balloon Instalment") ”), Provided that if the amount advanced is less than $19,000,000, the aggregate amount of the Instalments Loan drawn down is less than $54,000,000 each Instalment and the Balloon Instalment shall will be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basisamount.
