Common use of Amount of Instalments Clause in Contracts

Amount of Instalments. The Borrowers shall repay: (a) Advance A, by: (i) 16 equal consecutive quarterly instalments, each in the amount of $237,000 (each an "Instalment A" and, together, the "Instalments A"); and (ii) a balloon instalment in the amount of $3,853,000 (the "Balloon Instalment A"); and (b) Advance B, by: (i) 16 equal consecutive quarterly instalments (each an "Instalment B" and, together, the "Instalments B" and, together with the Instalments A, the "Instalments" and each an "Instalment"), each in the amount of $234,000; and (ii) a balloon instalment (the "Balloon Instalment B" and, together with the Balloon Instalment A, the "Balloon Instalments" and each a "Balloon Instalment") in the amount of $3,901,000, Provided that, if the amount advanced in respect of either Advance is less than $7,645,000, the aggregate amount of the Instalments and the Balloon Instalment in respect of that Advance shall be reduced by an amount equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basis.

The Borrowers shall repay: (a) Advance A, by: : (i) 16 17 equal consecutive quarterly instalments, each in the amount of $237,000 292,500 (each an "“Instalment A" ” and, together, the "“Instalments A"”); and and (ii) a balloon instalment in the amount of $3,853,000 6,727,500 (the "“Balloon Instalment A"”); and (b) Advance B, by: : (i) 16 17 equal consecutive quarterly instalments (each an "“Instalment B" ” and, together, the "“Instalments B" ” and, together with the Instalments A, the "“Instalments" ” and each an "“Instalment"”), each in the amount of $234,000279,545; and and (ii) a balloon instalment (the "“Balloon Instalment B" ” and, together with the Balloon Instalment A, the "“Balloon Instalments" ” and each a "“Balloon Instalment"”) in the amount of $3,901,0007,547,735, Provided that, (a) in respect of Advance A, if the amount advanced in respect of either Advance is less than $7,645,00011,700,000 or (b) in respect of Advance B, if the amount advanced is less than $12,300,000, the aggregate amount of the Instalments and the Balloon Instalment in respect of that Advance shall be reduced by an amount equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basis.
