Common use of Amount of Interest Reserve Clause in Contracts

Amount of Interest Reserve. The original principal amount of the Loan was determined on the basis of the Cost Breakdown. The Cost Breakdown includes an estimate of interest that will accrue on the Advanced principal of the Loan during a portion of the term of the Loan, not to exceed the original amount of the Interest Reserve.
