Common use of Amount of Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Amount of Reimbursement. ‌ Employees pursuing academic instruction will be reimbursed only for tuition and books according to the following schedule up to a maximum of $3,780 per fiscal year (this amount will be reexamined periodically and adjusted accordingly). No carryover payments into the next fiscal year will be allowed. Participation in the tuition reimbursement program in no way obligates the City to pay the entire cost of a degree program. A 100% B 100% C 50% D or lower 0% When courses are graded on a pass/fail system, a "pass" will be reimbursed in full and a "fail" will not receive any reimbursement.
