Common use of Amount of Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Amount of Reimbursement. In consideration of Participant’s construction of the Agency Funded Public Improvements, Agency, subject to the terms of this Agreement, agrees to reimburse Participant an amount equal to the Actual Eligible Costs, as defined below, of the Agency Funded Public Improvements, not to exceed Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000)1, with no interest accruing on the Reimbursement Obligation (defined below).
