Common use of Amount of Series Clause in Contracts

Amount of Series. Subject to Section 1.10 hereof, the aggregate principal amount of the Notes that may be issued under this Second Supplemental Indenture is initially limited to $250,000,000. The Notes may, upon the execution and delivery of this Second Supplemental Indenture or from time to time thereafter, be executed by the Issuer and delivered to the Trustee for authentication, and the Trustee shall thereupon authenticate and deliver said Notes upon the delivery of an Issuer Order.
