Common use of Amount of Union Dues Clause in Contracts

Amount of Union Dues. ‌ Before the Employer is obliged to deduct any amount under (a) of this article, the Union must advise the Employer in writing of the amount of its regular monthly dues. The amount so advised shall continue to be the amount to be deducted until changed by further written notice to the Employer signed by the President of the Union. Upon receipt of such notice, such changed amount shall be the amount deducted.
