Except as provided in DT.1, Current Contract Rates and Required Deposits in effect when a Payment Unit is Released for Cutting shall be applied to the timber quantities to determine the amount Contractor shall pay. A “Payment Unit” is a portion of Contract Area established for payment purposes.
