Amounts and Requests Sample Clauses

The 'Amounts and Requests' clause defines the procedures and requirements for submitting and processing requests related to payments or financial amounts under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how a party should request payment, what documentation or information must accompany such requests, and any deadlines or formats that must be followed. For example, it may require invoices to be submitted monthly with supporting receipts or specify electronic submission methods. The core function of this clause is to ensure clarity and consistency in financial transactions between parties, reducing the risk of disputes over payment timing or adequacy.
