Common use of Amounts of Commitments Clause in Contracts

Amounts of Commitments. (a) The aggregate amount of the Commitments is $65,000,000, subject to reduction as provided in Section 2.1.2. (b) The aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Commitments at any time is equal to the aggregate amount of the Commitments in effect at such time less the aggregate amount of Letter of Credit Liabilities outstanding at such time. (c) The aggregate amount of the Letter of Credit Commitments at any time is equal to the lesser of (i) the aggregate amount of the Commitments in effect at such time less the aggregate amount of Loans outstanding at such time, or (ii) $5,000,000.

Amounts of Commitments. Subject to reduction as provided herein: (a) The aggregate amount of the Commitments is shall be $65,000,000, subject to reduction as provided in Section 2.1.220,000,000. (b) The aggregate amount of the Term Loan Commitments shall be $3,000,000. (c) The aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Commitments at any time is equal to the aggregate amount of the Commitments in effect at such time shall be $17,000,000 less the aggregate amount of Letter of Credit Liabilities outstanding at such time. (cd) The aggregate amount of the Letter of Credit Commitments at any time is shall be an amount equal to the lesser of of: (i1) the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Commitments in effect at such time less the aggregate amount of Revolving Loans outstanding at such time, or and (ii2) $5,000,0003,000,000.
