Common use of An Employee on Clause in Contracts

An Employee on. Workers’ Compensation may accrue up to one (1) year of service credit in determining his/her salary, including longevity, or vacation eligibility. These advance credits will become effective upon employee’s return to work. Vacation time will be accrued at the normal rate for one year during disability leave. If such disability leave extends beyond one year, vacation time will not be accrued during the extended time.
