Common use of an IXC Clause in Contracts

an IXC. 3.1.1 Frontier will query the call and route the call to the appropriate IXC; 11. 3.1.2 Frontier will provide an appropriate EMI record to Carrier; 11. 3.1.3 Frontier will bill the IXC Frontier's applicable Switched Exchange Access Tariff charges and Frontier's applicable Tariff query charges; and 11. 3.1.4 Carrier will bill the IXC Carrier’s applicable Switched Exchange Access Tariff charges.
