An R. N. who is already covered by dental insurance though a policy held by a husband or wife may decline to become part of the District's group coverage.
An R. N. may apply for a transfer to become effective at the beginning of the next school year giving reasons therefor. The application shall be made by April 15. If so desired, the request will be held in confidence and the principal of the R.N. making the application will not be notified of the request in the event the request is denied. Should approval of the request be contemplated, the R.N. will be advised that the principal will be contacted regarding the transfer request.
An R. P.N. who is designated as in charge of the building, in the absence of a Registered Nurse at the Centre, shall be paid a premium of ten dollars ($10.00) per shift or ($2.00) two dollars per hour whichever is greater as a responsibility allowance.

  • Total Compensation 5.1. Contractor shall include Total Compensation in ▇▇▇ for each of its five most highly compensated Executives for the preceding fiscal year if: 5.1.1. The total Federal funding authorized to date under the Award is $25,000 or more; and 5.1.2. In the preceding fiscal year, Contractor received: 5.1.2.1. 80% or more of its annual gross revenues from Federal procurement contracts and subcontracts and/or Federal financial assistance Awards or Sub awards subject to the Transparency Act; and 5.1.2.2. $25,000,000 or more in annual gross revenues from Federal procurement contracts and subcontracts and/or Federal financial assistance Awards or Sub awards subject to the Transparency Act; and 5.1.3.   • Performance Bonus The Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus, payable within sixty (60) days after the end of the fiscal year of the Employer, in an amount not to exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the Executive's Base Salary for the applicable year. The amount, if any, shall be determined by the Board, or the appropriate committee thereof, and shall generally be based on a combination of organization-wide and individual performance criteria.
