AN UNCURED MATERIAL BREACH. Subject to Sections 11.02, 11.03 and 11.04 of this Agreement, a Party may terminate this Agreement and the MPA in the event of a material breach of the other Party. A material breach includes without limitation (i) a curable breach that is not cured in accordance with Section 11.03, and (ii) a material breach of Article 10 of this Agreement.
