Analysis and Research Clause Samples

The "Analysis and Research" clause defines the rights and obligations related to conducting investigations, studies, or evaluations within the scope of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who is permitted to perform research activities, the types of data or materials that may be analyzed, and any requirements for sharing findings or maintaining confidentiality. For example, it may specify that a party can use collected data for internal research or must provide reports to the other party. The core function of this clause is to clarify how analysis and research activities are managed, ensuring both parties understand their roles and the permissible use of information, thereby preventing disputes over data usage or intellectual property.
Analysis and Research. In order to address the research objectives, analysis will entail examination of published reports for the region that addresses archaeological studies, rock art sites, ethnographic and ethnohistoric information and other related materials. The glyphs will be discussed in terms of their type (after ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Porshe 1985) and classified according to a database system developed by GCM. Analysis will follow suggestions and hypotheses presented in the rock art literature, e.g., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (1987), ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (1984 and ▇▇▇▇), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (1987).
Analysis and Research. In establishing PL, a detailed and up to date spend and supplier analysis will be undertaken which will be used, in conjunction with the contract data base, to determine an Annual Procurement Plan.
