Common use of Analysis of Receivables Clause in Contracts

Analysis of Receivables. Upon the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default: (a) The Agent shall have the right to make test verifications of the Receivables in any manner and through any medium that it reasonably considers advisable, and each Pledgor shall furnish all such assistance and information as the Agent may require in connection with 202 such test verifications; (b) upon the Agent's request and at the expense of such Pledgor, such Pledgor shall cause independent public accountants or others satisfactory to the Agent to furnish to the Agent reports showing reconciliations, aging and test verifications of, and trial balances for, the Receivables; and (c) the Agent in its own name or in the name of others may communicate with the obligors on the Receivables to verify with them to the Agent's satisfaction the existence, amount and terms of any Receivables.
