All samples were analyzed utilizing Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) according to EPA Method 600/R-93/116. Any material that contains greater that one percent asbestos is considered an ACM and must be handled according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), EPA and applicable state and local regulations. The following table contains information regarding bulk samples found to contain asbestos by definition. The laboratory report has also been included at the end of this report.
