Ancillary Programs. As part of the Subscription Services, Acquia may provide Customer with access to download certain Ancillary Programs for use with the Subscription Services. Acquia grants Customer during the Subscription Term a non-exclusive, non-transferable non-assignable, limited licensed to use such Ancillary Programs in object code (machine readable) format only on each site hosted by Acquia under an Order for Subscription Service to facilitate Customer access to, operation of, and/or use of the Subscription Services subject to the terms of this Agreement. Ancillary Programs shall only be used to upload, download and synchronize files between Customer’s computer or other Customer owned or controlled devices and the Subscription Services.
