and 9. Save where the Producer makes the election under clause 9.1 in relation to all copies of the relevant Product per territory per Catalogue Number in the particular Quarter, exports not exceeding 100 units of Product per territory per Catalogue Number per Quarter shall be deemed not to be exports and royalties thereon shall be calculated and paid fully in accordance with this Agreement.
