The Company agrees to recognize the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent of all employees of Masterfeeds at its Plant in the township of save and except foremen, persons above the rank of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, office and sales staff, and persons hired for watchman duties. All employees who have completed thirty days’ service shall, as a condition of employment, authorize and maintain the deduction of union dues. Supervisory personnel will not, under normal conditions perform work customarily carried out by members of the bargaining unit except in the training of employees, testing of equipment, developing of methods or standards, emergencies, assisting to overcome operating difficulties, and in recognized cases where it is the present and long standing practice to perform production work.
