AND DESCRIPTION. Prior to the opening of a vacancy, the Hiring Manager shall have the right to make job assignment changes within the classification of the vacant position prior to identifying the actual vacant position. The Hiring Manager must review the job description prior to the commencement of the recruitment process in order to select those duties and functions, which are the most relevant for the position to be filled. Those identified duties and functions shall be placed in bold print so that they are given prominence in the job announcement for the position to be filled.
