Common use of AND EXERCISE PRICE Clause in Contracts

AND EXERCISE PRICE. (a) The right to exercise this Warrant shall fully vest on the Commencement Date. (b) The exercise or purchase price for the first 34,538,153 Shares purchased upon exercise of this Warrant shall be $0.003125 per Share, and the exercise or purchase price for the remainder of the Shares shall be $0.078 per Share if exercised between January 27, 2007 and July 26, 2007, $0.11 per Share if exercised between July 27, 2007 and January 26, 2008, and $0.15 thereafter, all subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2 (the "EXERCISE PRICE").
