AND OTHER SERVICES. If under the Contract the installation, testing or servicing of the Goods or any other goods is to be carried out by or under the supervision of the Company, the Customer warrants that it will lay all necessary foundations and make all necessary preparations to the site by such date as may be specified in the Contract or reasonably required by the Company; and the Customer further warrants that it will provide suitable access to and possession of the site by such date as may be specified in the Contract or reasonably required by the Company; and the Customer further warrants that it will provide suitable access to and possession of the site, suitable protection of the Goods from the time of delivery and all information and facilities required to enable the Company to perform its obligation
