and Recall. A layoff of nurses shall be made on the basis of seniority, based on an integrated seniority list of all hours paid since date of last hire. It is understood and agreed that through the bumping procedure the first to be laid off are probationary nurses followed by those who work casual or relief shifts. No agency or new hires will be used when there a nurse on layoff provided that the nurses on layoff will meet the staffing requirements of the Home. Recall to a regular part-time or full-time position shall be reverse order of seniority. A nurse will respond to a registered notice of recall within seven calendar days of receipt of same and shall be available for work within an additional fourteen
