AND STANDARDS. 4.1.1. Technical Specifications and Drawings: a) The AMISP shall ensure that the Solution comply with the Applicable Law, technical specifications and other provisions of the Contract. b) The Solution supplied under this Contract shall conform to the standards mentioned in the Schedule F of this Contract. When no applicable standard is mentioned, the standard shall be equivalent or superior to the official standards whose application is appropriate to the country of origin of the Goods. 4.1.2. Wherever references are made in the Contract to codes and standards in accordance with which the Solution shall be executed, the edition or the revised version of such codes and standards shall be those specified in the scope of work. During Contract execution, any changes in any such codes and standards shall be applied only after approval by [Utility] and shall be treated as Change Order in accordance with Article 14.
