Annual Audits and Audit Reports. The Treasurer shall cause an annual financial audit to be made by an independent Certified Public Accountant with respect to all Authority receipts, disbursements, other transactions and entries into the books. A report of the financial audit shall be filed as a public record with each Member Entity. The audit shall be conducted in accordance with Government Code Section 6505 and filed with the County Auditor or others as required by the laws of California. The Authority shall pay the cost of the financial audit and charge the cost against the Member Entities in the same manner as other administrative costs.
